Ashley Turner, Clinical Psychology Doctoral Intern

Doctoral Intern

My name is Ashley Turner, and I am a clinical trainee with a master’s degree from Concordia University, Irvine in Mental Health and Clinical Counseling. I am currently enrolled in the Applied Clinical Psychology program at The Chicago School of Psychology, in pursue of my Doctorates Degree. As a thoughtful and empathic clinician, I offer a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free form of counseling. I provide counseling for various issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, LGBTQIA issues, and personal development. From experience, I specialize in processing trauma, with an enhanced focus on women's issues, especially women of color, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and childhood sexual abuse. My communication and listening skills are coupled with high emotional intelligence, which I use to encourage growth through counseling, and I hope to impact the community positively!
