“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma using evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work collaboratively with my clients to assist them in moving towards healing and integration, acknowledging the struggles along the way and reorienting towards strengths.
I obtained my master’s degree in psychology from University of La Verne. I have experience working with clients throughout the lifespan, from birth to elders, with specialization in young adults. I strongly believe each individual is filled with potential for growth. My role is to provide the space and information to assist in the movement from potentiality to actuality. Let’s get started on that journey together!
