“The beginning is the most important part of the work.” – Plato –
Recognizing that the thought of getting started can often be overwhelming, my initial approach is creating an empathetic space for us to begin to explore your decision to start treatment.
My work over the last 14 years has included individuals (ages 8 – 84), couples, families and groups. I have been fortunate to be able to provide insight and vehicles to change to personal struggles and family conflict. Honoring that every client is different, I recognize the importance of integrating various interventions that take in to account both inner strength and fragility of spirit.
Though my foundation is rooted in Psychodynamic & Attachment Theories, I incorporate several modalities (CBT, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Positivity) based on the client’s unique circumstances and history.
With my steadfast belief in in the mind’s resilience and potential, I invite clients to welcome their path to change.
