CBT Therapy for Anxiety – Support Group

Each week our group will encourage peer-to-peer discussions and interaction. Sessions will be held weekly. Participants will be introduced to different Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Anxiety psychoeducation. Group members will be encouraged to share concerns, fears, any success, and coping strategies.
Anxiety can make you feel like you are alone in your own fears, but by interacting with others who can relate will help make you feel less alone. This group is not meant to replace traditional therapy but our support group can be addition to therapeutic journey. Our goal is to decrease anxiety and negative thoughts by providing a new way to learn from others, make connections, and be able to give and receive support.
