I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Azusa Pacific University. I also received by Bachelors in Science in Social Work from Kansas State University. I began my journey in the helping profession with at-risk youth in residential settings. From there, I continued my career in working with various populations in a variety of settings such as homeless drop-in centers for youth, residential substance abuse programs for adolescents, needle exchange programs, forensic setting, outpatient community mental health services, and inpatient psychiatric hospital setting. Over the past 10 years my concentration has been primarily focused on working with adults and older adults with severe mental health disorders.
