ECCTS Case Management/Support Services
Providing case management and support services is essential for ensuring comprehensive care and promoting long-term healthy living. These services help our clients navigate complex systems, such as healthcare, housing, employment, and social services, addressing barriers that may hinder their progress. Case management fosters coordination between providers, ensuring that mental health care is integrated with other critical supports. By addressing our clients’ unique needs holistically—such as linking them to financial resources, facilitating access to psychiatric care, and providing advocacy—case management enhances stability and independence.
