Welcome! I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I received my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of North Florida and received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the same University. Since 2017, I have acquired experience working with a diverse cast of folks including but not limited to those experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
As someone who has experienced the healing power of community, I aim to ensure every client feels that they are in community as we work together to uncover strengths, create healthy boundaries, and manage the stressors that come along with the challenges of life. I believe in collaborative teamwork to achieve therapeutic goals. As your therapist, I hope to create a safe place for reflection, understanding, and above all, a place to feel heard. Whether it’s the drama of family systems, the stress of overwhelming mental health complications, or if you just need a soft place to land amidst the chaos of life, I am here to aid you in navigating it. I utilize evidence-based modalities like CBT, EFIT, and an integrated person-centered approach to encourage clients to make new possibilities for themselves in a space free from judgment and harm.
