My name is Crystle Olivo, LCSW. I have a BA in Psychology and Social behavior from University of California, Irvine and a Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California. I have over 8 years’ experience in working individually with children (ages 5+) and adults, dealing with anxiety and depression, trauma, physical/sexual abuse, domestic violence, and adjustment issues.

I provide a safe, supportive environment in which you can explore areas of your life where you feel less than satisfied. I use a combination of Mindfulness, Psychodynamic therapies and cognitive behavior therapy to help you have a more balanced fulfilling life.

I believe that healing occurs in the present moment. I also help you develop a kind and caring experience of yourself and life circumstances.
