Are you trying to find your path, yet feel blocked with self-doubt? You may feel stuck, burdened by your past, worried about your future, and overwhelmed by your present. I can help you better assess your situations and come up with concrete plans of action for changes towards your goals.

I have a special passion for helping others and wanting them to reach their highest potential. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from Arizona State University. My background includes working with community-based mental health organizations and programs. For over five years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life from children to seniors, as well as families who experienced traumatic events. Working alongside them in their personal journey to healing and self-sufficiency. My Mission is to help you reach your life goals, cultivate healthy connections, remove old layers of others’ expectations & projections, feel more at peace in your own skin, feel more in control of your life, and learn to be your own compass. Doing so in a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment.

I have typically worked with clients challenged by depression, anxiety, identity, gender, anger, shame, guilt, relationship issues, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is customized to meet the needs of my clients. I am skilled in Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavior Modification techniques. Although times may be difficult, we can work together on your journey to achieve balance and find inner peace.
