Are you someone who is seeking support in balancing your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health? Are the demands of life causing you to show up in some areas and lack in showing up for yourself? You are not alone, maintaining balance is an everyday journey and sometimes we must draw on the support of others to take the necessary steps in our journey towards wellness and holistic health. I am here to support you in taking that single step and stay the course.

My specialty is in empowering and supporting others to take action in improving their overall quality of life. I believe that everyone can achieve holistic health and well-being as long as you are equipped with the tools to achieve it. As your therapist, I will help you achieve your wellness
goals using a multidisciplinary approach. This involves drawing on several modalities to curate a treatment plan that is client-centered and meets your needs.

Having a background in Energy Medicine, Hatha Yoga, and Mindfulness Meditation allows me to pull from these modalities to curate sessions that address the overall holistic health of a person. Clients can choose to include sound therapy, mindful meditation, and somatic movement along
with their sessions to help release any imbalances and challenging emotions that come up. As an evidence-based practitioner, I am skilled in strengths-based therapy that is solution-focused and motivational interviewing. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds and have extensive experience working with adolescents diagnosed with ADD/ADHD.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare with a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley and Goldman School of Public Policy respectively. I received my Master of Social Welfare with a concentration in Social and Economic Justice from the University of California, Los Angeles.
