Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Supporting Teens, Strengthening Futures

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Adolescents is designed to provide structured, evidence-based support for teens struggling with mental health challenges, emotional regulation, and behavioral concerns. We offer a compassionate, developmentally appropriate approach that empowers adolescents to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and foster emotional well-being—all while maintaining their daily routines.

Who We Help

This program is ideal for adolescents (ages 13–18) who may be experiencing:

Anxiety, depression, or mood disorders
 Emotional dysregulation and self-esteem challenges
Stress related to school, family, or social dynamics
Self-harm or suicidal thoughts (non-crisis)
Substance use concerns
Difficulty managing emotions and behaviors

Program Schedule & Structure

Our IOP meets three times a week, providing a consistent and structured approach to support:

Mondays & Wednesdays | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Therapeutic group sessions focused on coping skills, emotional regulation, and mental health education.

Saturdays | 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Family Group Sessions, where parents/caregivers join to strengthen family communication, improve relationships, and gain tools to support their teen’s progress.

Program Highlights

Individual Counseling – Personalized one-on-one support to address specific mental health concerns.

As the Clinical Director of Outpatient Services, I am honored to lead a dedicated team of therapists across Epiphany Counseling, Consulting & Treatment Services (ECCTS) and The Healing & Hope Foundation, united in our commitment to supporting adolescents and their families through meaningful, transformative care.

Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured, supportive environment where teens can safely explore and address emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Through evidence-based therapies, individualized treatment planning, and a highly collaborative approach, we work to stabilize, strengthen, and empower each adolescent we serve.

At the core of our program is a focus on building resilience, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healthy coping skills. Through a combination of individual, group, and family therapy, as well as targeted skill-building interventions, we equip teens with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

We are deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging space where adolescents feel seen, heard, and supported. Our goal is not only to support immediate stabilization, but to foster lasting growth, connection, and positive change for both teens and their families.
