Our IOP is designed for adults (18+) who may be experiencing:

✔ Work, family, or relationship stress
✔ Trauma and PTSD-related symptoms
✔ Emotional dysregulation and self-esteem challenges
✔ Substance use concerns (non-detox)
✔ Difficulty managing emotions and behaviors
Program Schedule & Structure
Our IOP meets three times a week, offering a combination of virtual and in-person sessions for flexibility and accessibility:
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Virtual) – Interactive online group therapy focused on emotional regulation, coping strategies, and mental health education.
Saturdays | 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM (In-Person) – Family & Support System Group, where loved ones are encouraged to attend, fostering better communication, stronger relationships, and improved support systems.
