Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with mental health challenges while maintaining their daily responsibilities. This program is designed to help adults develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Who We Help

Our IOP is designed for adults (18+) who may be experiencing:

Anxiety, depression, or mood disorders
Work, family, or relationship stress
Trauma and PTSD-related symptoms
Emotional dysregulation and self-esteem challenges
Substance use concerns (non-detox)
Difficulty managing emotions and behaviors

Program Schedule & Structure

Our IOP meets three times a week, offering a combination of virtual and in-person sessions for flexibility and accessibility:

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Virtual) – Interactive online group therapy focused on emotional regulation, coping strategies, and mental health education.

Saturdays | 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM (In-Person) – Family & Support System Group, where loved ones are encouraged to attend, fostering better communication, stronger relationships, and improved support systems.

 Practical Life Skills – Strategies for stress management, healthy relationships, and emotional resilience.

As the Clinical Director of our Intensive Outpatient Program for adolescents and teens, I am honored to lead a dedicated team committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to our young clients. Our program offers a structured and supportive environment where adolescents and teens can address their mental health and emotional challenges through evidence-based therapies and personalized treatment plans.

We strive to inspire and empower our participants by fostering resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth. Through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as skill-building activities, we aim to equip our clients with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their full potential.

Our goal is to create a nurturing space that promotes healing, growth, and positive change, ensuring that each adolescent and teen feels valued, understood, and supported on their journey to wellness.
