I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I received my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of North Florida and received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the same University. I believe in collaborative team work and working with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. As your therapist, I hope to create a safe place for reflection, understanding, and above all, a place to feel heard. I work to utilize various evidence based practices in order to encourage clients to make new possibilities for themselves in a space free from judgment and harm.
