“You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.” – Maya Angelou

At times life can be overwhelming and I am here to help you process and navigate it. I understand that therapy can initially seem scary and maybe even not ideal. Don’t really know what to expect? It is okay, I get it.

My name is Danielle Pead. I received a BA in English with a minor in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and a MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I am passionate about helping others and creating a safe space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered.

There is no one size fits all approach to treatment. I believe in catering to everyone’s unique individual experience to collaboratively develop and achieve therapeutic goals. I take an integrative approach and value the effectiveness of various interventions. Simply put, by understanding your story, we can identify triggers and learn how unhealthy thoughts and experiences may have framed how you experience life. I believe in unpacking and accessing how the past is impacting the present and helping you determine what a more ideal future looks like.

My favorite quote is, “never a failure, always a lesson”, the pen is in your hands and my hope is to assist in helping you write your next chapter through a new lens.
