My name is Sydney DeLone. I received my BAs in Psychology and Communications from the University of California, Davis. I then received my post-baccalaureate certificate in Counseling and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.

I obtained my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working with clients ranging from toddlers to young adults. I am very passionate about creating safe spaces for individuals to feel understood. I believe in working with clients from a client-centric approach. Everyone is different and responds to events and experiences in life differently. I believe in helping each client based on their specific needs and goals. I have obtained clinical training in Domestic Violence/ Intimate Partner Violence, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Sound Bowl Healing and Breathwork.
