AMFT 150944

My name is Sydney DeLone. I earned my Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Communications from the University of California, Davis, and later completed my post-baccalaureate certificate in Counseling and Psychology through the University of California, Berkeley.

I obtained my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working with clients ranging from toddlers to young adults and am passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel heard, understood, and valued.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, recognizing that every individual experiences and responds to life differently. I believe therapy should be tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. My goal is to support clients in navigating challenges, building self-awareness, and developing healthy coping skills in a compassionate and collaborative environment.

I have received clinical training in:
Domestic Violence and Intimate Partner Violence
Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT)
Sound Bowl Healing
Breathwork Techniques

I am committed to helping clients feel empowered, supported, and equipped to move toward healing, growth, and emotional wellness.
