“Healing is a process that honors the mind, the heart, and the meaning we make of our lives”
Greetings! My name is Alasha Ginn. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who provides compassionate, whole-person care grounded in a systemic approach. I have a BA in Psychology from Ashford University, where I developed a deep appreciation for human behavior and emotional processes, and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing relational distress, life adjustments, anxiety, and depression. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic practices with a client-centered lens and offer the option of spiritual integration when it aligns with a client’s values and preferences. I believe that growth often begins with courage; the courage to reflect, to feel deeply, and to consider new ways of thinking and relating.
When we begin to change our perspective and renew our mind, meaningful change in our lives becomes possible. This process often involves exploring patterns in your relationships and identifying ways to create healthier connections. By understanding your strengths and challenges, we can develop practical strategies to support growth and lasting change. I work collaboratively with you and honor your readiness for change, moving at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and aligned with your goals.
