I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a strong academic foundation in psychology and mental health counseling. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon in 2018, followed by a Master of Science in Psychology from Palo Alto University in 2021. I later completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University in 2024. I’ve had the honor of working with a wide range of clients, including teens, adults, couples, and families. I also have experience working with LGBTQIA+ and supporting individuals navigating family dynamics and cultural expectations.

I consider my therapeutic approach humanistic, creating a safe, supportive space to explore your feelings and make sense of your experiences, whether you are navigating life changes or strengthening relationships. Whatever you're facing, we’ll work together to help you gain clarity and move forward in a way that feels right for you. My training and clinical experience have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based approaches to help clients achieve emotional well-being and personal growth.
